This week, I went to Disney World. Things could be worse.

Sometimes you wake up on Monday with... well... a case of the Mondays.
And sometimes you wake up on Monday and have breakfast with a princess.
While everyone else wears Disney themed attire.
I am sporting my "Liza's At The Palace" t-shirt.
That's how I roll...
I spent the last few days in Disney World, helping to plan the wedding of my friends/former roommates, Scott and Tevy. Excuse to go to Orlando in the middle of January? Don’t mind if I do!
Scott and Tevy getting ready to plan their wedding at Disney World.
Say it with me, everybody: "Awwwwww!"
Since I could only get two days off from work, it was a very short trip. Day one was park hopping through Epcot (which is truly a small world and, thus, terrifying), Hollywood Studios (where the New York backlot was deserted and, thus, terrifying), and Animal Kingdom (where I was the only person to audibly scream in fear at the Yeti on Expedition Everest). Despite all my parenthetical fears, it was a great time! Riding rides, watching Finding Nemo: The Musical (which was EXCELLENT, by the way), and enjoying the 80 degree weather was nothing short of amazing.
Also, Mickey bringing some Ariel drag realness. Jealous?
Day two was spent wedding planning! I was honored that Scott and Tevy asked me to officiate their wedding, and I’m so happy I was there to help plan things for their big day. Plus, who doesn’t want to get free samples of cake?
This is the after. There is no before.
All in all, it was a delightful escape from the City. Wedding is in October... cannot wait!
